The National Quality Measures Clearinghouse™ (NQMC) Web site, sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is updated weekly with new and revised measures:
A template of attributes is completed for each measure included in NQMC. A Complete Summary of these attributes are submitted to the measure submitter(s) for review and verification prior to publication on the NQMC Web site. After publication to the Web site, the measure's Complete Summary is submitted to the measure submitter(s) for review and verification on an annual basis.
The various Measure Views for the NQMC Web site are prepared based on the information contained in the template of attributes.
