The 2006 National Healthcare Quality Report (NHQR), developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, provides a framework for evaluating the quality of health care in the United States and for measuring progress toward improvement.
The measures listed below have been submitted to NQMC and have met the NQMC Inclusion Criteria. These measures are among those used to produce the 2006 NHQR. Check back frequently as additional NHQR measures are added to the NQMC web site as they are submitted and accepted for inclusion.
