Where possible, the National Quality Measures Clearinghouse™ (NQMC) Web site, sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, provides links to the full-text measure, either at the NQMC Web site or an external location (e.g., a measure developer's Web site).
If full-text is not available, NQMC provides specific information on how to obtain the measure in the "MEASURE AVAILABILITY" field, found in the Brief Summary and Complete Summary views.
To link to the electronic copy of the full-text measure, you must be in the Brief Summary or Complete Summary view.
If an electronic copy of the full-text measure is available, the "Full-Text" link located in the Summary box of the Side Menu will be active.
Note: Linking to the full-text document will cause a new browser window to open. NQMC is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites, nor does NQMC endorse, warrant or guarantee the products, services or information described or offered at these other Internet sites.
